When I have a problem you can’t call, if you do no one answers the phone. Roach problems that the insecticide that is sprayed does not work, the whole building has a problem.

Please do not bring your money to these people unless you’re homeless. Between lack of communication, neglect, and slum lord behavior. I don’t know which is worse. I’ve been trying to get my plumbing issues fixed for over a month now and I can’t even get a response from management. Saar Management, I’ll see you in court.

This is the most horrible management company I have ever been under. They do not fix things at all. My exhaust fan in my bathroom have not been working for Several months. Every time I put in a request about it, the maintenance team records already fixed. They get these fancy residential portals to report maintenance issues, they have had at least three. Nothing never ever gets fixed. Finally, I just gave up. There are other maintenance issues with my apartment. When my lease is up, I will not renew. Slum lords!!!

Slumlords here at Golden Shores we are living with sewage backup and filfth.

Horrible Customer Service … Broken AC for a week and still no tech coming out ! THIS IS TORTURE! Giselle doesn’t answer your phone calls or texts after she knows your calling for a repair. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.
