From tenant screening which is fast, thorough and affordable, to follow ups and support on Leases, video walkthrough for moving ins and outs.
And the convenience of a Landlord/Tenant portal that allows for clients to have access to a payment system, request repairs, etc all while having their property handled by a team of professionals.

Mark Pinilla manages my properties (6 doors). Complete professional, and available to communicate with tenants and me when needed. He is on top of it with collecting rent, serving notices, and communicating with contractors. I highly recommend protecting your investment with Mark.
