Campbell Property Management

Mark Graham is our property manager from Campbell. He is extremely dedicated to his position and the community of Oasis at Palm Aire. Whenever an issue arises he is right on it! He spends countless hours in our community overseeing and dealing with countless issues. He is prompt in returning phone calls and emails, even at times, over the weekend. We are very fortunate to have him as our property manager, as well as Campbell Property Management.

Its hit or miss with the employees..some simply just have an attitude and forget they’re working for you..others go out of their way to be helpful!

I live at the Royal Point condominium in Palm Aire. Mark Graham is our property manager. Mark is always friendly and helpful. Every time I I send him an email I get an immediate response. What I find most impressive is… even though Mark was on vacation at the beginning of last week he answered my questions via email. I am very happy that Mark is our property manager and would like to thank him for his attentive service.

Mark Graham of PACC 12 went above and beyond finding a letter that had been previously sent out to association owners from 4 years ago that we misplaced! We found out at the last minute we required this important information for a business transaction we were doing, and Mark quickly looked into the request and emailed said letter to us, within the hour! Thanks again Mark… your time and effort in making our life easier (especially these days) was greatly appreciated! N&B

Kudos to Mark Graham for his quick response to my request for a fob. Within an hour of my request, he confirmed that I was due another fob and started the process to get it to me. He has also kept me informed as each step of the process its being completed. Responsiveness and professionalism are key customer service components and Mark rates high on both. Thanks again Mark!
