BDM (ie Bruce, Donna, Michael) Property Management, seems to be poorly run. Donna Curtis Cramb in the office (Michael’s mother BDM “secretary”) apparently rarely answers phone and when she does, is commonly known to be rude and less than helpful. Expect long delays in obtaining any necessary paperwork or if you’re attempting to sell your condo. Bruce Cramb (Michael’s elderly step father) is BDM “president”. Michael Curtis, BDM “vice president” is apparently known to use intimidation tactics of threatening litigation to owners and tenants if they make inquiries or even write a poor review… Michael uses his own company “Private Parking”( LLC in Lake Placid, Fl) to charge for parking decals! Condo Association boards and Rental homes companies, clearly there is a litany of complaints against this company, READ REVIEWS.

If you use this management company you will regret it on day one! They are the most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with in my life! They have no issue getting paid for their service but doing none of the work. My gate has been down in my complex for weeks and they have been notified but do nothing. They never cash my checks and constantly lose them. If you complain about them they will tow your car out of spite! They are nothing but rude on the phone and that is even if you can get them on the phone. How they are still in business is beyond my husband and myself. Save yourself some headaches and choose another company to manage your property, So many one star reviews can’t be wrong…

This company is unresponsive and never answers their phones. You should call, email and then pray they will ever get back to you. They will sit on paperwork and try to make your life miserable. Mike & Donna are the dream-team, dream-team of horrible ethics and workplace practices. My apartment complex is managed like the Sopranos. Don’t stay in line and they will threaten you and try to make your life miserable. Why not try being nice to your customers for once BDM?! Maybe all of these “so-called” fake reviews wouldn’t’ be here. Just a thought! Stay away from this company or you’ll be sorry!

Horrible company that should not even be allowed to conduct business in Florida (or anywhere for that matter). They are unprofessional, vindictive and extremely shady. Anyone thinking of utilizing them for your property would have to be extremely ignorant to these reviews or the BBB ones. You would be doing your community a severe disservice by using BDM. I mean unless you enjoy not being acknowledged, them not returning your calls or emails, threatening to sue you, illegally towing your car, etc, etc. You have been warned.
