There I was, contemplating buying a property during a pandemic. I wanted a realty that was familiar with the area and after a Google search I decided to call Pompano Beach Realty.
As a skeptical former NY-er, my expectations weren’t very high. However, after I told Oliver what I was looking for, within minutes he sent me some great listings. A few days later we were looking at some great properties and I found “the one”. Oliver went above and beyond to help me close the deal. He was prompt- if he says he’ll be there at 3pm, expect him at 2:59pm. He was extremely efficient- he must hold a world record for his response time. In fact, he wastes no time. If it needs to get done, Oliver will deliver.
Overall it was a positive experience during a crazy time and I am happy to say I’m a proud homeowner!
