Rude Drivers!! They pull up in their truck and expect everyone else to load and unload everything. Driver got mad because no one would help and became very “vocal” to those who didn’t load HIS truck fast enough and those who were helping were not involved with the event. Will never use them again!!

I contacted platinum tents for my wedding, now getting ready to plan my baby shower I went on google and found the terrible review someone left for them.
In my opinion its hard to believe. The people from this company are flexible, responsible, creative. Their rates are the best.

ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! For my wedding they arrived an hour late with only half the equipment on hand!!! This caused a 2 hour delay in our planning delaying the ceremony by an hour. I lost an hour with my photographer and videographer due to this. In addition to this, we were unable to start any of the decorating until the tent was up. The wedding coordinator had to wait for the tent to be completed until she can let the other vendors begin working. The tent in itself was a nice tent and worked well. Sadly I wish I could leave them a nice review but this caused such a delay and loss for our big day. Very very upset.
