Arcon Roofing

It should be noted that I will only write a review for one of two reasons; I’ve either experienced amazing service or I’ve experienced horrible service. The reason I’m writing this review is due to the amazing service provided by Arcon Roofing over a 4-year period of time.

In August of 2013 Arcon installed a new flat white tile roof on my house as well as a re-roof of the flat roof portion of my house. In 2016 I experienced 2 seperate leaks in the valleys of the tiled roof. Within days on filing the warranty claim Arcon techs responded to my house and made the repairs free of charge.

On 12-18-20 I met with Mike Durcan of Arcon Roofing in reference to again re-roofing my flat roof. It must be noted that the flat roof is not leaking, however, it does look beat, it looks to be way older than 7 years.

While on the roof Mike did a full inspection and advised that the flat roof was fine, in fact, he advised that the roof had approximately 8 more years of life. He recommended I NOT replace the flat roof as that would be a waste of money. I was truly caught off guard when Mike advised that replacing the flat roof was not necessary.

Think about it, a company in the business of selling roofing jobs advising a potential customer NOT to remove and replace an existing roof. The nerve of this guy to be that incredibly honest.

Using history as a guide as related to the 2 repairs made to my roof back in 2016 and the honesty Mike showed to me on 12-18-20 I will definitely hire Arcon Roofing for any future roofing issues.

As of this writing, I recommend Arcon Roofing, this recommendation is based on my personal experiences which are outlined above.

It’s one thing to have a great roofing company that does quality work at a fair price. That’s Arcon. But to also have exceptional people and to stand behind your work is extra special. That is my experience with Arcon. If you need a roofing company, do yourself a favor and call them. I’m glad I did!

I was hesitant at first to sign up with them due to the great price they were giving me. I did end up signing up with them because they came recommended by a friend who had already had four house roofs done by them. I must say they were great in pricing , did not charge for any extras, they were very good in cleaning up the debris created, and they took care of all permits. The work was done in reasonable time and they were very willing to work with me and were prompt to provide all licensing forms. I know that sometimes there may be glitches for some people but overall my personal experience was very positive from beginning to end.

These guys are very professional. They just finished my new roof and I have no complaints. A very hard working, honest group of guys.
