ROOF STILL LEAKING!!! Just terrible experience.. I live in a brand new community where plenty of the home owners are complaining about roof leaks all over the place. After waiting 3 weeks to have some one to come and fix the problem they came unprepared, not even a ladder to get to the attic and investigate the leak, pretended they fixed the problem from the outside, left and we didn’t even noticed when they finished. no paper work to sign, no explanation of what they fixed; absolutely unprofessional. After that, we called the office to find out what the heck they fixed and a lady told me that they would let me know after 24 hours; no response after 24 hours and in the mean time the roof still leaking, it didn’t even get better, same leak; they did absolutely nothing…

We are building a new home in New Smyrna Beach, Fl. Crown was our builder’s choice but if we had it to do over again, would definitely choose another. We chose to have a tile roof installed and picked our the color and type in early December 2017. They dried our roof in early March 2018 but evidently the salesman did not order our tile so we had to wait until mid April before the tile was finally delivered. The roofers started the installation on April 13 but had to stop because they ran out of tile, mainly due to the roofers breaking them. After many phone calls by our builder to his contact at Crown, I started calling and was put in touch with Carrie Jensen, an account executive at Crown. She provided me the President’s name and e-mail along with the Operations Manager who was supposed to be scheduling our project. On May 21st we were promised the replacement tiles were ordered and that our project would be put on the priority list. Today, June 4, After many unanswered e-mails, texts and phone calls we were told today that there are 2 projects in front of ours. We have no idea when our roof will be finished and it is delaying the final grade, concrete and ultimately the completion of our home. Would not recommend this company!
