Highly recommended! We have worked with Iris for years and she is the only one we would use! She knows her stuff and is seriously the best! Always able to answer our questions and is so helpful! I consider her more then my agent, she has become like a friend! Don’t go anywhere else!

Horrible company just trying to get a quote was like pulling teeth. The agent was rude and obnoxious. If your car is not brand new they will transfer you to a different company. I felt like I was talking to the ostrich in the commercial. STAY away from this company.

Jennifer wrote a policy for me 5 years ago. I agreed to paperless billing. The policy auto renews. This year they raised my premium by over $4000. NO tickets, NO accidents, never a claim. Although I’m paperless, they told me they don’t advise rate increases on email. I talked to them on the phone two weeks before this “increase” and I was not told of the change. They set it up to pay in arrears so I didn’t see that they slipped the increase in. Did they raise their rates for all customers in Florida by that extreme amount or only those in their 60’s. They said my problem is with the post office even though I have paperless. This is a savage way to treat a loyal customer. They refuse to adjust this. Stay far far away.
