Allied Universal

I worked here for 3 weeks. Resigned today. I have NOT received a pay check or direct deposit from Allied Universal. HR at FTL has NO idea of how to handle a serious situation and becomes extremely flustered rapidly. I still haven’t received my money but someone else has. Ridiculous.

Terrible 🤦🏾‍♀️ I gave up.. I will not go back.. I looked at it as ..a warning. Bless Yall even tho.. One day you’ll be in a situation and Understand ppl Need Help to provide for the family…

Management is pretty bad on all levels. Supervisors are either very inexperienced or very rude. Sometimes both. Communication is almost nonexistent which means you have to dig for basic info. The schedule changes constantly, so don’t make any solid plans on your time off. And finally, for some reason a large amount of people that I have worked with don’t speak English very well. Which makes training them difficult and makes the company overall sound like a bunch of idiots on the radio.

The best security company you need to apply for. Great pay, great customer service. Great protocols. Great professional security officers

A good company to work for. Ops manager Nate Smith is a good boss. Communications can be slightly less than you like but I believe the managers are busy as heck
