Very unstable POS! It’s gotten alot worse since Christmas 2020. randomly logs users out throughout the day; transactions go unprocessed- or computer has to sit about 5 minutes to process. ?!No scale detected error?! When we don’t even have it set up like that.. negative inventory warnings refusing to complete sales when the product is sitting in front of me. Litterally losing money turning away customers because of this piece of system.. NO ONE ANSWERING SUPPORT DESK. probably dumping this system ASAP

Worst company terrible customer service

It’s extremely unfortunate I have to leave this review. We use this software and four of our licenses in Colorado. Actually, we are one of the first few in the cannabis industry to use this software. We have probably been with this company for well over five years now and we can’t get upper management to fix some of our problems. We’ve experienced a heavy influx of inventory issues with little to no help. It makes our company very vulnerable to law enforcement and administrative actions by the state. Unfortunately, we have no choice but to explore other options at this point. I would highly recommend looking into other seed to sale options. I actually started with BioTrack at my place of employment with a pretty negative perception from day one, never even using its product, based on a number of complaints in WA, later finding out most of them never used the paid version either! That being said, it is FAR from perfect, but works better than all of the other systems I’ve come across. I think there is definitely room for improvement, but It’s still apparent why they are the standard for the cannabis industry. As a software developer myself, I see a number of things I would change, but I’m getting better at owning up to the fact that I don’t know cannabis as well as they seem to. One day at a time. Thanks.
