Excellent service. Rich is spot on and takes care of our fleet. We are @ the Executive Airport and it’s crucial we get in and out.

The service provided at Tires Plus at Cypress Creek and Powerline was terrible. First and foremost their advisement of necessary repairs was an outright lie. I personally changed the suggested items THE DAY BEFORE I brought my car in. The attitude received from the mechanic was hostile and their crude expressions were not appreciated. Dishonesty regarding the maintenance your car actually requires and the rude customer service gives this location no stars. Sadly we have been loyal to this location for over 10 years. They may consider our patronage terminated.

What is the point in making an appointment? I called to confirm my simple oil change, came in a little early, and it still took them over an hour to finish??? Most of the time my car was just sitting there. To them an appointment means you are 1st in line for next available ( even though there were 3 of 5 bays open). I am so disappointed. Maybe they should just focus on tires. I chose to come here because I thought an appointment would save me time – a valuable commodity in my life..I was wrong and I won’t be coming back.

Excellent place to fix your car. Routine checks, buy batteries and wheels, change oil and filter, mechanics in general for a good price and a guaranteed work.
