I engaged DRS to transport my car across the country. They quoted me an artificially low price in order to get me to sign the contract. I understand how this business works (customers hire brokers, brokers post jobs which are then contracted by drivers), but I was assured that the price was reasonable and they would have my car on the way. But they were not able to ship my car for that amount, and never provided updates. I find this approach very dishonest. They would not return my deposit, so I am disputing the charge with my credit card company.

I changed my move days a few times give or plus a couple of date ranges. They were accommodating and found a driver that delivered my Triumph America within my window. Instead of an open trailer it was an enclosed unit and due to the last minute changes by me a little bit more for Delivery from Milwaukee to Tampa but worth it

As a carrier company I can say we have been working with lots of brokering agencies and companies. DRS Transport is one of those partners you want to keep working with. They’ll never drop a ball on you, always accurate on dates and agreements and keep us trucking companies busy. 100% recommended.

Real customer service! Knowledgeable, always available, fair price and outstanding service shipping my car from Michigan to Florida. I talked with other companies, they treated me like I was bothering them. At DRS, I was treated like they cared about their job and about my vehicle and answered many questions I had, being my first time shipping a car I had many and Stephanie took the time to answer them all. Can’t say enough good things about them.

I selected this company to transport my car from New Jersey to Florida. The entire process was easy. From the first call to get a quote from them they made me feel comfortable and that I can trust them with my Lexus. Driver gave me 24 hours advanced notice to schedule the time for me to release the car. He got to location, we inspected car, he loaded up to his trailer and I got my car 4 days after.

Driver kept me informed the entire trip as did the dispatch department at DRS office and my sales rep Stephanie was great.! Car was not moved from the truck and there was no additional mileage on my car.
