well like another that posted he was a little worried at first, I was to. only because I had other company’s saying your car is still on the board and no one will do it for that price! So I called Mark and talked to him about it, and he said don’t worry I’ll get it done. Well he was right I cue, the car was delivered on the day he said. The driver was a little hard to understand, but very polite and that isn’t a issue to me anyways. The car came in perfect condition, I watched the driver take it off and he did so with care. Mark was excellent to talk to. Very nice kept his cool. My experience was great, so saying that I would recommend them. TY Mark!

was a bit concerned at first at having trouble understanding on phone but car was picked up in howell nj and delivered in perfect condition to gibsonton florida a day early! cant recall drivers name but he was very courteous and helpful. thank you direct connect!

Worst business ever! After not hearing from them for days after I gave a $200 deposit, I cancelled my agreement. They emailed me a refund confirmation just to charge me another $200 20 minutes later. Can you say ILLEGAL!? Kristen and the other rude associates were unprofessional. I initially set this up for my mother and I feel so bad I put her through this nightmare. They do not honor their agreements and even after cancelling the agreement they still tried to keep my money because I found another company. Zero stars would be better fitting. I’m urging any potential customers to avoid these scammers. They are unethical and down right dirty.

I shipped a car from NV to PA and when I was getting my quote, Marc was very responsive and communicative with me. After reading reviews I was worried my car wouldn’t get picked up on time so I set it for 3 days before I needed it to be transported. A day before, I still hadn’t heard anything so I called and was assured a driver would be assigned. A driver was assigned, but it was 1 day earlier than the 3 days out I had scheduled, and had to quickly prepare for a driver to come that same day (I had about 2 hours and I didn’t want to say that wouldn’t work because I was afraid that was going to be my only option).

The driver arrived and was difficult to understand. I was trying to tell him I wouldn’t be in the area to pick it up until Friday (it got picked up on a Monday) and he just shrugged and drove off with my car. I tried calling and emailing Marc and never heard back from him. 2 days later, on Wednesday the driver calls me telling me he’ll be there at 11:00pm for pickup but that he can’t go to the pickup location (even though I paid for door-to-door service) because he can’t bring his loud truck into a neighborhood at night and asked me to meet him at a truck stop 3 miles away. At 11:00pm. When I wasn’t even on that coast. Luckily I had family members who were in PA to get my car so I asked him if he could drop off the next morning, and he became very angry at that request and insisted someone meet him at that truck stop at 11:00pm. So my poor family had to meet him at a truck stop in the middle of the night. He also told us to go to one truck stop but then he went to the one across the street so they had trouble finding him. During the whole time I never heard back from Marc or anyone else at DirectConnect about these issues, once they got their deposit from me they didn’t care to talk to me again.

I don’t know what I would have done if my family had not been there to get the car. At least my car arrived in one piece, which is why this review gets 2 stars and not 1. I do not recommend anyone use this company.

We had a guarantee quote to ship our car to Raleigh NC. Day of the move we had not heard from the car shopping company at all. Call them and find out that the guy in charge of our car had an emergency and nobody had booked a driver for our car. Ok, emergencies happen no big deal. They say they will call us back before noon with our options. By like 1:30 we had not heard from them. We finally get through to them and there response was no driver will pick up our car for that price because it’s way too low so we could MAYBE have someone pick it up today if we pay them an extra $400 or leave it.with a friend and have it picked up at some unspecified point in the future. We explained the whole guaranteed quote thing and show her the invoice her response was sorry nothing I can do about it nobody will pick up your car for that price. We had looked at multiple companies several months in advance when we booked this transportation and all the quotes were within $50 of our guaranteed price. So long story short my pregnant wife and I have to drive two cars to Raleigh from Miami with two dogs and a cat and they left us stranded without so so much as a care in the world. I WOULD NOT use this company as they are unreliable and show no care for their potential customers.
