One of the worst experience ever. I order there services at 1:55pm on 10/15/19 and they never arrived until 5:00pm. My grandmother who 87 yrs was moving from one hospital to another. We removed her feeding tube thinking the AMR is coming for her as soon as possible and this wasn’t so. I called numerous times to ask where is the ambulance and I keep getting we are 1hr behind. I asked for to speak with a supervisor whose name is Kyle never called to apologize for their services but collected my money long before services was rendered. Poor service and no care in the world for your situation.

This company was responsible for the gross misconduct in the treatment and transport of my elderly grandfather. My grandfather was not independently mobile and he somehow fell/was dropped from the stretcher. He suffered severe concussion and a broken pelvis. He was not able to recover from these injuries and a couple of days after the incident, he passed away.
No one from the company followed up on the incident, even to simply apologize. I am so outraged and disgusted with this company. I want to make sure there is some accountability for their horrific treatment of my grandfather.
This is a sincere advisory. Please do not use this service for the care of your loved ones.

My father was discharged from Boca Hospital at 2pm. He was still there at 4:30pm. Nurse said at 4pm AMR told them they were stuck in traffic. I drove across Boca at 4:30 with no problems. Nurse called AMR at 5pm and they said 30 minutes. It is 5:50pm and they are not here.

AMR lies through their teeth and cannot be depended upon. Disgusting.

No one ever wants to be in need of emergency transport to the hospital, but it happens.

When I had an overwhelming health incident at home a couple of days ago, my husband called AMR. He didn’t call 911 because we really didn’t want to deal with all the ridiculous over response of cops and fire engines that you get when you do that.

It took them about 10 – 15 min. to arrive at the house, which was pretty good, since we live a distance from their location. They had me on telemetry, and packed into the ambulance within 5 min. of arrival. The paramedics were great in doing whatever they could to keep me comfortable on the ride to Holy Cross. We were there in an amazingly short time. I didn’t know it was possible to get there that quickly.

They were quick, professional, competent and caring. What more can you ask?
