I will never use Carol Kelly or Atlas Travel again! I learned when I had to cancel my cruise that Carol Kelly had delayed including payment for my travel insurance and therefore when I had to cancel for medical reasons, I did not have travel insurance. Celebrity has offered me 75% credit but Carol and Atlas refuse to give me the additional 25% even though this was their mistake. DON’T USE CAROL KELLY OR ATLAS TRAVEL !!!!
