Delicious healthful food in an unexpected setting. Brilliant!

I LOVE this place! Very tasty plant-based food. The owner is beautiful and delightful. She also has a few gluten-free wraps and raw food options, which is perfect for me since I’m gluten-free. And when I did a raw fast, I was able to get delicious food here. Raw food (other than salads) is NOT easy to find. I love the Roti pocket, the “sausage sub”, and the blueberry raw cakes. The juices are delicious too. Everything, I’ve I’ve had here, I love. My son, a picky eater, loves the food too. This is my go to place. Quality food made with good energy.

We had mystik pie, lentil turkey cheese wrap with sweet potato “fries” and soursop fruit cream. We liked them all! I felt so good and full. I love that they use clean fresh ingredients and no refined sugar. I can’t wait to go back and try other items.

While on vacation I found Fancy 1 Naturals for my wife. My wife loved the food here and I was presently surprised that I really enjoyed the food also. We liked it so much that we came back again.

OMG!!! Can anything so healthy taste soooooo good??
I had the walnut burger in a wrap which had avocado and dried cranberries well. The wrap was made from chick peas and carrot. I switched the balsamic dressing for another home-made option (can’t remember the name) and the combination was amazing!! It’s as if there was a party in my mouth!! I want to try everything.
The owner, Sherine, was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. I will definitely be going back soon.
