The service is excellent. Dr. Proietto was very thorough with the evaluation and took the time to explain everything related to what my beloved dog has, how to proceed, what to expect, and the follow-up plan. I wish I could get this level of care.

My 4 yr old dog can now see again. He’s finally acting like a real puppy. So thankful for their amazing work and great customer service.

My Luna had glaucoma, lost her sight on both eyes. I could write a lot but I read reviews and I can say the same: Everyone is absolutely amazing! The most important, beside being kind, professional, friendly, the doctors ( you have to talk on the phone because you can’t get in on the office but someone comes outside and get you 4 legs kid) calls you and explain EVERYTHING in details and answer all your questions, no way to be in doubt of anything. We decided it was better for Luna to have a surgery and take both of her eyes – pain, discomfort, ulcers and cone for 2 months…It was very difficult but the best decision. The surgery was a success. She had her medications, her cone for 2 weeks and now, she is back, happy and ” smiling” again! It was the last time we saw them but thanks to them, we are having our Luna back, happy as always!!! Thank you all!!!

I took my Frenchie because of a growth on the inside of her eyelid. The staff, techs, and doctors were all very friendly, helpful, attentive, and professional. I received treatment options and detailed estimates along with detailed explanations of everything. After the surgery and during the recovery process, all my questions and concerns were addressed.
