I called 411 to remove some construction debris from a recent house remodel. I used the form on the website and sent pictures. Jacob called me back almost immediately with a very fair quote and estimated time of arrival the following day. He and his crew came on time 10am as previously agreed and called me when he was on his way. They took away the debris and cleaned up afterwards. Great service, reliable, and fair. Service was great! I called for pickup of some debris and they were able to come out same day. Very professional and easy to obtain a quote in advance. I simply sent in a text message with photos of what needed to be removed and received a quote right back. Shortly after, they arrived to do the work. The crew was very kind and proficient and they even made sure to tidy up the work area after removing the debris. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!

I have a construction company in Broward and I wanted to see this junk removal office before I do a lot of business with them. When I drove to their address I found it is not a an office, it is a UPS store, I was not happy about that. So I called them to get some prices, their prices were very high and they were very rude. I would NOT recommend this company at all. I found another company with lower prices and very friendly staff.

My parents had an old boat and RV junked in their backyard that the local junkyard wouldn’t take. They were being fined by the city and needed to be removed. Of the 3 junk removal companies I contacted, only 411Junk was willing to take on the project. A crew of 3 worked for 3 consecutive days, demolishing them into bite sized pieces from the inside out and hauling them away. These guys were real pros and just amazing to watch!
