Culligan Fort Lauderdale

Delivery guy super aggressive after he drove over equipment at the yard that the police had to be called , product is great but it’s NOT acceptable that their delivery guy assaults the customer.

A friend of mine referred me to Culligan. I called the Broward Culligan office who would handle my account. Was told had to call Palm Beach to schedule an appointment. I called Palm Beach and spoke with Lauren on 1/30/17. Appointment scheduled for 2-1-17 at 11 am. It is now 3pm. NO SHOW, NO CALL. I guess when you are the only distributor in Broward you can get away with this. I will find someone that wants to be professional.

I have been a Culligan customer for years the quality of water their filters deliver is the best in my opinion and their service is outstanding.
