Just know when they set the pick up day don’t expect your shipment getting picked up that day. They didn’t even answer my calls, text, or emails the day before my pick up or the day of pick up. Someone also had the nerve to call me with a attitude because I was trying to see what was going on with my pick up. Very poor service don’t expect your calls or text to be answered by these people.

We had a large trailer that was at an auction site and they picked it up fro the site and delivered the trailer to our job site. The Transport company is top notch. Very helpful with accommodating the transport. The driver was in contact with us as he proceeded to our delivery. There is always a story and in this case we hit a winter storm with -18 degrees so no equipment was able to help with the removal of the trailer. He came totally prapered to off load with his winch. So yes we made it all work and it was a success only due to the professional team of “we will transport it”. Thanks for all the help!!!

Unfortunately, it isn’t too often that customer service stands out anymore in this day and age. I had the privilege of finding this and I have never had to set up having something moved before and was a little hesitant as to what I would need to do. I found the company on the internet and called the customer service number. I spoke with Maurice, who quickly made my hesitation go away as to the process and what my role would be to make all this happen.

Maurice was probably one of the nicest people I’ve ever spoken to on the phone and I’m sure he is used to dealing with big shippers and etc but I just needed a tractor moved. He treated me as if I was the only customer he had and even gave me his direct line. When I got off the phone I didn’t care if I could have paid half the cost, I would pay for the service I received from Maurice. I never called anyone else and don’t care what someone else would charge me.

As soon as the contract was completed, Maurice called me and stepped me through everything and kept in touch with me all day to ensure I knew exactly what was going on with the equipment I was having moved to my home.

The truck arrived this morning and the driver was absolutely great to deal with and was extremely professional and friendly. I realize the driver is a contractor but he represents this company as well and did an outstanding job!

I would really like to recognize Maurice for his great service and without a doubt I will voice my praises about your company and would never use anyone else for any type of hauling needs.

Thank you for all you do and thank you to your staff for making what seemed like a challenge as simple as a phone call.

Amazing transport company. The first transport company had my order for almost two weeks and they still could not find a transport truck to pick up my vehicle. I was so frustrated I called We Will Transport It and within 30 minutes Mark Craven found a truck to bring my vehicle from the West Coast to Atlanta. To complicate things my vehicle was inoperable and they still pulled it off in astonishing time. After Mark set everything up, Mr. Groom stepped in and walked everything through. He called me at least three times the day of the pick up to keep me informed just what was happening. My vehicle was picked up the next day on time. It is so refreshing to get amazing service in this day and age when lousy and disappointing service is expected. I give this company 5 Stars. If I could give them 10 Stars I would! Try these guys and get it right the first time!

Our company has used We Will Transport It for sometime now. They are fast in delivering within the same week most of the time since we have our heavy machinery transported to south Texas. Great and responsible people with very reasonable prices. I definetely recommend them especially when it comes to doing the documentation they take care of everything.
