I got taken by this company. They haven’t returned my money I put in for bills the next thing they are in court and I haven’t heard anything about getting my money back.

Initially I thought this would be a service that would help me. I got great attention from the first group who enrolled me in the program. Then passed off to another group and realized they were going to dispute all of my debt – they kept using the word – alleged. They started taking money from my account but I was very nervous as they would never tell me what they were doing. I submitted a cancellation in writing within 10 days. They ignored it and kept drawing money out of my account and wouldn’t stop. Paid none of my bills. I had to close my bank account. They were worse any creditor I’ve ever dealt this. Beware of these people.

Cease to desist. this company loaned me money i actually didnt owe. Furthermore they havent loaned me a dime.. But my dummy butt is paying them..no more…america helping group more like take ya for all you have and leave ya with nothing..they raised what i owed to put me in the bracket to actually make me in more debt… Thanks guys the rep lied to me to make a debt i had that couldnt be covered threw their program almost lost my truck my home…. Good company Not..👎

I was called stupid on the phone and the manger would not give me his name. I called to change bank account information and no one answered. I left a message and no return calls. I called again to cancel my service since no one had return my call. I received emails and text messages about a return payment on a closed account. I called to see what i needed to do to cancel and they were like you are passed your 10 day grace period. I stated that I called twice. The lady said well we have been out of the office since the 23 and just got back in on the 30th. My payment was due on the 27th. The so call manager stated they tried to call me on the 27th and then turn around and say I called on the 27th and the reason I did not get an answer because I did not call the direct line. But yet I did not call the direct line and got transfer and a miracle happened.. they answered the phone. So not they talking bout they are going to put this on my credit as a late payment and default. SMH DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL. Better off doing this myself.
