Took me in last minute and waived a month deposit due to my being short term. Wish I got the name of the young woman at the desk because she was super friendly.

Great customer service. 24hr Access and Security. Very clean!!

They claim to have a 24 hour security guard. However, my boat and several others had the navigation GPS/chartplotters stolen the weekend before Christmas this year. When I asked what A1 Storage would do they indicated it’s on my insurance, they take no responsibility. I have a $1,850 deductable. I explained their security guard appears to have failed as the thieves were in the yard a while to hit that many boats. The security guard should have seen them and called the police.They said sorry, but not their responsibility. I like this facility as the staff is friendly, the yard is clean and well equipped. But, it appears this was a failure of their security guard and I expected them to at least offer something. Very disappointed.

A great place with a friendly staff… Secure and safe…The staff is top notch… Wananessa has been there from the beginning.. I have known her as property manager for the last 6 years.. She is very organized.. One look at the property and you will be a believer.. I have never seen her without a smile.. They have air and water and a great attitude… Soo here ya go…😁😁
