Where is our storage items ??? They closed down, still accepted payments -/ and have been shut down since MARCH ??? How can we get our stuff ??!!

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT USE AA VARCO!!! They are LIARS. The driver Mike picked up our household goods Wednesday from FL and was suppose to deliver Friday in Virginia. He had is GIRLFRIEND, Rebecca, call us on Friday and say she was his “dispatcher” and that he was just getting our stuff from FL the day he was already suppose to be in VA. We were literally sitting at our house waiting for the truck to show up in VA and she said he was still in FL. She said he would now be at house house in VA on Monday. Sunday afternoon she calls again posing as his dispatcher and says there is a family emergency and he cant make it until Tuesday. We are a military family, so we have another company in contact with AA Varco for us also. In talking with them we find out about Mike and Rebecca’s lies. Sue Craft, his real dispatcher, is mad at first becasue she thinks our stuff was delivered on time and doesn’t know anything about a family emergency. She first tells us she is “on our side” and tries to figure out what’s going on, now she won’t talk to us and is trying to tell me Mike isn’t her driver and denying she knows him or where he was with our stuff. AA Varco only has 2 inter-state drivers so I know she is lying. He had our stuff from Wednesday to Tuesday and no one will tell us where he had it or what he did with it. They could have went through everything we own in that time and picked out what they wanted. Mike, Rebecca, and Sue Craft are all LIARS. Please don’t use them if you want your stuff on time or to arrive safely. We have no idea what they did with our stuff for 5 days and no one will tell us. We are still waiting to receive it. It’s been 3 weeks. If things are missing there will be a lawsuit. They are TERRIBLE. No idea how they are a moving company. If you don’t want to help people move, THEN DON’T PRETEND TO BE A MOVING COMPANY. OBVIOUSLY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT MILITARY FAMILY’S OR THAT WE HAVE SMALL CHILDREN WITH NOTHING FOR 3 WEEKS. LIARS.

Absolutely the worst company, and the WORST experience imaginable! Chris, the rep, hardly answers phone, emails, or calls. When the company arrived to pick up my things, they shattered my standing mirror into pieces. To make matters work, the lost, I repeat LOST my sofa when coming cross country. Although Sue, the “manager” stalked me a credit card before the move (she called me 12 times in a matter of 30 minutes) I can’t get her to call me back now the sofa is missing. Nobody will answer the office phone, nobody will call me back. They will only tell me that “it’s the drivers fault” and “they did their best to help me”
Meanwhile, I have no sofa (that was brand new) I would highly reccomend NOT using this company for any reason

Outstanding. The folks they subcontracted with to load and unload we’re amazing! I was pleasantly surprised as I had a company that I loved, and thought I would never find a moving company as good as they were. But Allied filled their shoes perfectly! Would definitely recommend them.

Chris Gallacher sales rep lied to us and can’t tell us where our stuff is. When describing the moving process my wife and I both heard Chris Gallacher say that our stuff would be in the warehouse 1-2 days before being shipped to Washington. It has been over a week now and when we called corporate, they could not locate our shipment meaning that it hasn’t been picked up yet. Our stuff was picked up last Thursday and it is Friday of the next week and it’s not shipped yet. When we called Chris to ask where our stuff is, he said to just call the office. It’s not his responsibility. He also said that he never told us 1-2 days. Also, on the day of pickup, they told us they would pick our stuff up between 8:30 and 9:30. The movers did not arrive until 11 am. They made the excuse that they had to drop boxes off 20 minutes north of us. That still would not delay them 2.5 hours! Horrible company to deal with.
