Accurate Land Surveyors

I found the service at this company to be somewhat lacking. They took payment up front but did not deliver the survey until a week after the estimated time. Phone calls were always answered but were sometimes abrupt. The survey I received, however, looked to be well drawn and accurate.

Terrible company! Waste of your time.

Accurate did an alcohol radius survey that was not per the City of Miami’s requirements. The requested change was minor, but after 2 1/2 months of calling Lynn and Chris daily, dozens of emails, I have given up. I had to pay someone else to do it. Don’t waste your time with Accurate. They don’t care.

I had the pleasure of working with Christopher Carvell of Accurate land Surveyors, Inc. Christopher made himself available (and promptly answered) my questions regarding the survey he prepared. He was knowledgable and showed professionalism throughout the entire engagement. Overall, it was a great experience and I recommend Accurate land Surveyors, Inc. for anyone who is looking for a company to prepare a property survey.

I know there are many pretty poor reviews here but many of them stem from the unfortunate nature of their business and how much the weather affects under a turnaround time. Items they cannot control. I wanted to submit a review specifically for Chris he is absolutely a wonderful guy and was so helpful and attentive to the issue I was having. Amidst all the craziness he helped address what I needed and went above and beyond. Thank you very much!

I recently closed on my house and we used Accurate for our land survey. I usually do not leave a review but Accurate has gone over and beyond to help assist with all of our questions as we have a neighbor issue. Chris is very knowledgeable and made me feel well educated on my survey. The best firm around and I highly recommend!
