Female black manager was very knowledgeable, nice and good at her job. She installed my wiper blades in 3 seconds and directed me to the parts I needed.

I placed an online order for some brakes, and rotors. I get to the store this morning and called for the curbside service, no one answered so no big deal I walked in. I get to the counter told the employee that I was picking up an online order. So he went to the back and came back to the counter, I then asked where is my order, he then turned around without say anything and pointed to the cart, and walked away. Mind you I’m a woman I had 2 front rotors for my truck and some front brakes that I had to tote to my truck on my own. This was the poorest customer service I have ever encountered. I will not ever shop with this company again. It’s ashamed I can’t give a 0 rating because this is exactly what this store gets.

Great service. Leslie, the manager was so helpful with information and nice. Very good customer service. Linton was also nice and very helpful. I also cherish their honesty because I order a battery online and It couldn’t be installed because of a different setup in my car. I highly recommend this particular store. Thank you Leslie and Linton.
