Update: I’ve changed my original review and increased my star rating to 5 stars. The manager, Sarah, called me yesterday, because they saw where I STILL had not received my order. So they shipped out a duplicate order yesterday, via FedEx, and it arrived this morning! Now, THAT is customer service!!! I offered to send back the original order when/IF it ever arrives, but she told me to just keep it! That is truly great customer service!

Until my most recent order, I have ordered from ADW Diabetes on several occasions, and all of my purchases have arrived with speed & no problems…except this order. I’ve called customer service twice now, because I am running low on my supplies, and I’ve already been rationing them). The only suggestion I was given was to ORDER MORE! I’m on a fixed income and don’t have the funds to ORDER MORE. While I am pleased with the products and prices, I am disappointed that a loyal customer has not been offered any other solution…like tracking the package…anything! Not sure they appreciate my business.

I’m still waiting my order that was placed on Feb15. It is now Feb 27 still no packages. The tracking number reveals it’s in a Florida post office since Feb17. Per call to ADW post office isn’t scanning packages at this time but it’s in route. I’ve never had to wait on DIABETIC supplies this long. If the postal service cannot deliver our mail use someone else. Especially when you’ve placed an order for over $200…

Very very DISAPPOINTED customer..

March 2 finally got my order. Here is how it came..

Been a very satisfied customer of American Diabetes Wholesale for 10+ years. Great product availability and pricing aside, the customer service is what keeps me coming back. Incredibly responsive and helpful in all dealings and communications. Would highly recommend to anyone needing these types of products and services.

I am very pleased with ADW Diabetes. It was very easy to recently re-order the insulin syringes needed for our poodle and when I had entered the incorrect renewal period (30 days), I just phoned ADW Customer Service and the service rep quickly changed the renewal period to 45 days. Delivery is always on time and there is always an e-mail message reminding me of the up-coming delivery date. No problems what-so-ever. We have used ADW for several years now and have no complaints at all. Any ADW rep I spoke to was courteous, pleasant and very responsive. They obviously take pride in and enjoy their work. THANKS!
