Called AAA And affordable towing shows up give my car a New York taxi ride the longest route possible in charges me after AAA told me I was completely covered my advice is do not use this company this is also the second time they pulled the same scam

I’ve now had the same driver three times for my sons truck. Don’t ask. Lol. He is professional. Super nice and very good at what he does. I wish I had his name. Highly recommend Affordable Towing

up with a nice cold bottle of water in his hand and a trainee that he needed to deal with. Even though they were late I’m giving them 5 stars because of this guy. companies are not about their trucks they’re not about their name they’re about the people they hire. I don’t know about the rest of them but if you’re lucky enough to get the guy they sent to me you’re good.

Referred by AAA, Affordable picked up vehicle, owner following driver. Driver left vehicle outside, with keys inside – vehicle was stolen within minutes. All posted on video surveillance. Not only did driver know that the owner was following him only minutes behind, but there was several employees working outside. He decided to speak with the “suspicious” individual, left the keys in the car, take off and the person did the same thing with the owner’s car. Now, AAA and Affordable don’t want to take responsibility or return phone calls. **You deserve negative stars, but it won’t post my rating, unless I give you at least 1 star, which means absolutely nothing** Complete recklessness when the vehicle is in the care, custody and control of Affordable Towing…too bad for you – we have video surveillance, you talked to this person, you told us he looked suspicious, why not wait for the owner??? She arrived within minutes?? Geo was there, other employees were there, why didn’t you go inside???

Used AAA, affordable towing was to respond, they never came… AAA said they never responded to the ticket… 2 hours later and I’m still waiting. Shame on this company and shame on AAA…. another case of lowest bidder
