Al Stephens’ The Studio

I had an appointment and the stylist never showed up. There wasn’t anyone at the salon. I tried calling but the voicemail box was full. After waiting 30 minutes for ANYONE to show up at the salon- I left and ended up going to another salon. I got a call an hour later stating that I never did make an appointment (even though I got a confirmation the day before and I confirmed it) and then the stylist proceeded to tell me that she was on her way to my appointment but got stuck in traffic… what makes me so angry is the fact that she lied and that she waited an hour after my appointment to call me. First saying I didn’t make an appointment and when I told her I have it confirmed in a text she then said she was stuck in traffic and meant to call me. I have gone to this salon for over 5 years. This was not the first time I had issues with them. They have lost me and my friend as long term customers. We will never go back. Lastly, this salon has moved to Boca. Hopefully, a better salon will replace this one. Good riddance.

Awesome !! Searched For his salon so I can have him, cut my hair really short.. Needless to say it came out beautiful..Hes the best hairdresser in South Florida.. and he always runs an amazing salon… quite the photographer as well..most of the photos hanging are ones he took..👏👍😊😚😚❤
