Alarm Grid

I was recently updating my cell modem from old 3G as it was going out of service. The panel had issues seeing the new modem and Darrell from AlarmGrid helped me quickly to find the root cause and sent the instructions on how to update the panel. The modem worked in minutes. Amazing support!

I have been an Alarm Grid customer for years. Fair prices for equipment and service. Excellent FAQ section. Today I had to call support to activate a new panel, Dylan was helpful and polite. He had my new panel working in a few minutes. He followed up with helpful configuration links. I will continue to do business with them and would recommend them to others.

Alarm Grid has been great. Customer service has been excellent. I had a couple issues getting a few bugs to get worked out with my new system and Freddie has went the extra mile to get these issues resolved and get my system working great. Plus I ended up with a much more robust system for a lot less money.

Alarm Grid is awesome for DIY home security. They help you through adding sensors and provide a affordable high-tech system. I just did some upgrades and Dylan did a great job of helping me get through an issue I was having.
