Customer beware. There’s a reason why this company only has only four reviews on here (prior to this one), and they’re all from fellow Brazilians (two are from the owners, and another works for the company). This company is the most unprofessional, difficult to comprehend, and in addressing flaws, the most unresponsive of the companies I’ve dealt with.

Just take a look at their work in the photos I’ve included! I’ve even included the estimate and invoice where it shows (although poorly written) that we agreed on plywood. But the cabinets and doors delivered and installed were not plywood, but unbanded MDF that warped at the first introduction of moisture.

They didn’t cover the screw holes (or even the holes they made by mistake)
The shelves aren’t even adjustable. Because they insisted that the “adjustment holes wouldn’t look good”!
The cabinets look like they came from IKEA.

It’s all a disaster. They promised to come back and fix it, but every time they did, they just made things worse. Then they just disappeared. So I’m left with what you see in the photos

I’m a Captain in one of the local Fire Departments, so I’d like to think that I’m not an idiot, and that I know quality work….and this isn’t it. I’ve had it with substandard work. I’m tired of being ripped off by unscrupulous workers. Is it so difficult for companies to deliver what was agreed to? Please, for your own sake….stay away from these amateurs.
