Nastiest people I’ve ever worked with, if you don’t give a two weeks notice your last check goes to minimum wage?? WHAT? And you only get paid what they approved? NOT WHAT YOU ACTUALLY WORK!?!? A bunch of hidden fees in the paperwork, nastiest ladies i swear they smile and act friendly but are very quick to steal your hard earned money.

I must say this is probably the most unprofessional work environment I ever worked for. Although the recruiter and the payroll lady were very pleasant to be around and they were trying to organize it the best to it’s ability. But more so the leaders are terrible people. Not only are they alcoholics arrogant low class people, they paint you a pretty picture and more so of nightmare. Even though drinking at 4 Was somewhat of a highlight. Not to mention the building smelled like cigarettes, I have never worked with a bunch on insolent uneducated people ever in my life. Please stay clear of this company they do not know how to train or talk to people. My advice is to find another agency in total. Not only that they want to send people to their low budgeted clients for extreme amount of work not worth it. Your better of going with another agency or finding a real job.

Alliance workforce is an awesome agency. I worked with Max and he was always so helpful and pleasant. Totally recommend this agency to whoever needs a job. They rock. Thank you for finding me an excellent job with a great pay.

Wow I cannot say enough about this company. They really help people that want to work and apply themselves. Let me say that again they really help people that actually want to work and apply themselves. The fact that they constantly have a head count in the hundreds speaks volumes for them. To have that many employees working for them truly speaks for itself. It’s just a shame that they don’t have more great reviews I guess because the good ones are so busy working they don’t have the time or energy to write great reviews. But that’s the norm, people will always go out of their way to write a bad review on a company but very rarely write good ones. That’s why I don’t put any stock into reviews. But yeah if you really want a job and are ready to work and even have a little fun come to Alliance Workforce in Pompano where you can be yourself!!!

Real head hunters, no games played here. They are a bit no frills but quick, attentive and effective. If you want to work Max will get you there. His “can do” attitude is refeshing, a professional recruiter with a proven record of matching qualified candidates with excellent job referrals.
