Experienced staff and very good at communicating options with their customers. I have been a loyal customer for about 8 years.

In January I took out a boat insurance policy with an agreed-upon value for the boat specifically mentioning non-depreciation as the options were agreed upon value and depreciated value. I had an expensive claim and was told that replacement parts were Depreciated by $2400. They more or less told me that I should’ve read all the fine print but not being insurance professional I would’ve expected the agent who was the owner son to explain this rather than letting me figure it out by myself. When I challenge this the owner son Chris lied and said this was explained.. This additional coverage was only $150 extra which I would’ve gladly paid hadn’t been explained. Allstate basically sided with the company since it was a he said she said issue.

I had boat/car insurance with them and initially opted to go elsewhere for auto insurance a year ago. They tried convincing me they could match my offer with progressive and was told they can’t at the end. Prior to not sharing who I was going with they threatened that my license would be suspended. A year later I am getting boat insurance $300 cheaper and I am being pestered as to why I am leaving and I need to submit via writing why I no longer need their services. They are dishonest and bullish!!!!

I have been using Allstate for most of my insurance needs for nearly 40 years and I have been using Ron Bradley’s agency for over 30 years. I would not ever consider switching. Over the years I have had boat and car claims. My claims have all been handled without any hassle and very quickly. Isn’t that why you have insurance? I would highly recommend Ron Bradley and Allstate insurance.
