Impossible to contact by phone even at 6 p.m. to report a lost or stolen card. If you do finally reach Mercantil bank by phone during normal business hours and want to speak to your branch they WILL NOT give you the branch phone number. Sam said he needed my social security number before he would transfer me to my branch. MERCANTIL BANK, not MERCANTILE BANK sucks!!!
They’re copy cats!!! Don’t get confused! Watch out for the bank with no E at the end of Mercantil, poor service.
