DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE SCAM YOU. Read even just a few of the reviews and it is clear to see that you should not even think about considering this company or any company connected to Jason Carlucci or Marvin Hall. That includes at least one other confirmed company called Powerpack Moving & Storage. These people didn’t even show up and then stole my friends $1,500 deposit. This caused my friends to scramble to get a truck and move themselves across the country very last minute. They could have done the right thing and simply refunded the deposit after failing to uphold their agreement, but instead have refused to even communicate with my friends. It is clear from all the other customers experiences that they aren’t concerned about doing what is right. Our hope is that whoever reads this won’t fall victim to the same scam as all these other people below. If their money is returned I will consider removing this review or updating it. Until then, I hope Jason Carlucci and Marvin Hall are held accountable and somehow karma comes back to them swiftly.

Scammed someone I know and didn’t show up the day before they were scheduled to leave. Now they are hanging up on them when they try calling and won’t refund their money. AVOID Jason Carlucci and Marvin Hall.

My family tried using this company moving from Utah to Florida. They didn’t show up. Didn’t give any money back. Will not return any calls or help in any way.

Absolutely, under no circumstances, use this company. This is NOT a real moving company it is a SCAM! This company NEVER SHOWED UP at my home the day they scheduled to move me and stole $1500 from me. They left my husband and I to last minute rent our own truck and pack everything up ourselves the day before we needed to leave! if you ever hear the names JASON CARLUCCI or MARVIN HALL associated with a moving company RUN. I’ve seen Jason’s name attached to several other moving companies all with poor reviews using his name. I think they all are scams. JASON CARLUCCI has an open case file with the local police for scamming other people but police can’t track him down for some reason unknown to me. JASON PROMISED they will refund the money but then completely ghosted me and will not answer calls or texts. It has been two weeks and still nothing! No money returned like promised, no calls returned. I will be taking legal action against this company. Never ever trust these people with your money or items. Warn your friends and family so this doesn’t happen to someone else.

I’ve had to relocate 6 times over the course of the past 8 years. American Patriot has been the best move by far I have ever had. Beginning from the moment they arrived at my front door to the last piece of furniture they placed, communication was 24/7 throughout, the packers were amazing. Not a single item was damage and they did do the complete packing for me.TRULY AMAZING!!! I hope I don’t need to move again soon but if I do…they will be my first phone call. BY FAR THE BEST MOVING COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
