Quick, easy and cheap. In and out the door with a prescription in under 30 minutes. Doctor and staff were nice. They seem very busy probably because of the low price. Show up on time and treat them with respect and I’m sure you will have as good experience as possible for a Doctors appointment.

Joanna the girl that sits at the front she is extremely RUDE she told me they don’t take my Insurance than she told me that my glasses are not in but she didn’t even know my name so how would she know me or my situation ! Ruben and his manger is very pleasing and pleasant every time I come they treat me with the upmost respect and they are kind . JOANNA NEED TO FIND A NEW JOB !!!

STAY AWAY I should’ve just went ahead and listen to all the bad reviews that this office already has which seems to be every Americans best reviews are disgusting front desk staff needs to be replaced with some professionalism. The manager is even more disgusting the doctor that hires them should be truly Ashamed and embarrassed to even have a staff like this running his office my husband with no more than eight minutes late which we all know you get a 15 minute courtesy wait at any doctors office and they told me that he cannot be seen did they are booked back to back and they will have to reschedule him and this is me calling them not Them calling me!!! I think that they should just close down his whole location

Everytime I have came to this location the staff have been so nice starting conversation and very helpful I had a very good experience with Beth very nice person and very helpful with me and my son thank you

I was in about 3 weeks ago to order contacts with my friend who is legally blind. The girl at the front desk was beyond rude. He asked where to pay and she points to the debit reader. I explain he is legally blind (I usually help him but they were working on my glasses) and thought she would help him. So she scoffs and laughs and when I tell her I am serious, she says oh my Dad is too. Still sitting on her chair. He messes it up and has to do it again so I tell her he can’t see and she asks if he wants to schedule an eye exam so I firmly told her he is on disability so that finally got her off the chair. Then today I call to check on the contacts and the girl who answered tells me they called me and I ask if they left a message. She says yes. I tell her I got no such call. The contacts were there 9 days! I go in today to pick them up and her personality was as sour as a grapefruit. She goes to get my contacts and holds them out like she expects me to meet her at the doorway to get them. I was at the front door. I know the Optometrist does not hire for you guys but I told him the issues. I will be switching locations and once my promo membership is done I am going elsewhere. It is almost not worth the savings.
