Anglin’s Fishing Pier

Had a great time even though we didn’t catch anything. People were nice and the bait want expensive. Great way to spend an evening with friends.

Great spot for fishing or taking a stroll. Sunsets and sunrises are epic from the pier. Perfect photo op opportunity. The sea breeze is lovely, nice an cool. It’s $2 to walk on the pier and $7 to fish with your own gear. They rent fishing poles and sell bait, weights, hooks etc. You can see for miles North and South of the pier. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Prices are reasonable for the area. Nice little spot to check out.

The guy that asks $2 for entry is so rude. Also don’t lie to people that all piers in Broward country are free. Pompano beach pier is much nicer, newer and free! 3 stars just for Pelicans.

Beautiful experience! Absolutely gorgeous at night. And some young man caught a shark off the pier while we were there

We thought the fishing pier was open 24/7 when we got there the guy wouldn’t let us in because “we weren’t old enough”???? We came to walk and take a nice stroll and was ready to pay the admission fee but an old man would not let us get past him since “we weren’t with our parents” when we are literally 20 years old. Awful service and overall very rude especially when my 14 year old brother was let alone to fish on the pier. Don’t recommend at all!
