I don’t understand the negative reviews on here. I’ve been seeing Dr. Antoine for several years now and I’ve always had a good experience. Yes, there was a woman who worked at the front desk who wasn’t the kindest person, but the rest of the front desk staff are very kind every time I’m there. And also yes, I do have to wait usually 15-20 minutes past my appointment time to be seen, but that’s not uncommon and I just plan my time knowing to expect that. And yes, I do usually see different doctors at every visit, but they’ve all been nothing but nice, consistent, and overall provided a nice experience. To those who think that this is a place that you’re going to visit and dump all of your problems on the Dr., this is not the place for you. Psychiatrists are meant to diagnose and treat. Their primary role is not to act as therapists. If you want an hour session where you’re going to sit down and discuss every traumatic experience from your childhood, or even all of the horrors that you experienced last week, then what you should be looking for is a psychologist, whose primary job is to listen to you dump all of your problems on them and then try to help you work through it. This is not your psychiatrist’s job.

I highly recommend NOT coming here. My experience lasted a year, and they changed my doctor almost a half a dozen times.
This place is completely unprofessional when it comes to the staff.
They called in the wrong prescription on me a few times, which thankfully never came with any negative repercussions in regards to my health. Instead of apologizing for THEIR mistake, they decided to wait until my next appointment that they were dropping me.
I WISH THERE WAS A ZERO RATING.

The receptionist is rude and unprofessional. There was a miscommunication and the receptionist deliberately made matters worse for no apparent reason whatsoever.

Jessie (the receptionist) lied on my profile stating I was looking for a new psychiatrist, which is not true. I had never said I was going to find a new doctor or anything of that matter.

To add context to the situation, I needed a refill of my medication that the doctor prescribed me because I have severe anxiety and she denied me an appointment and my medication.

I had called her to clarify the situation and she was putting words in my mouth, interrupting me and making inaccurate assumptions which is very detrimental to someone’s mental health and well being.

Please do not entrust these individuals with your health under any circumstance whatsoever. Unfortunately, they are senseless, incompetent and untrustworthy.

Mental illness requires compassion, empathy and understanding. However, they are only interested in the money they can get from you and unwilling to provide help to those who need it.

Don’t come here. They don’t care about you. When Dr. Antoine calls me for refilling meds, I’m on the phone with him not even 30 seconds. No conversation, no counseling, nothing. Completely unacceptable. I’m trying to find another doctor but it’s hard out there. Stay away from this office.

MONEY HUNGRY..UNPROFESSIONAL FRONT DESK AND CONDESCENDING!! I BROUGHT MY SON IN FOR DIAGNOSIS AND TX AND MONTHS LATER AND THOUSANDS SPENT NO RESULTS. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY!!!!
