Great benefits and weekly pay! The company needs more employees to do the work. Management always there when you need help.

So you’ve read by now how terrible Aramark Uniform is with uniform services and customer service. Let me explain. A) The price will go up EVERY MONTH, no matter what. B) You can call the 1800-Aramark and they will send you email confirming you called as a complaint “TICKET” – but no one will get back to you because they just don’t care. C) The delivery driver doesn’t touch the clothes , so he has no idea of what is being picked up nor delivered- ITS A MYSTERY. D) If you keep complaining, the 1800 Aramark will provide you with the “PRESIDENT OF ARAMARK HOTLINE”. Don’t get excited – he/she doesnt care either – he/she will NOT call you back. I’ve never heard from he/she – calling since late 2017. E) Uniforms do not fit employees – driver doesn’t take measurements – after a couple of months they will fix the sizes and colors – but you will be charged for the uniforms even though they are wrong and no one wore them and you will be charged for their efforts to correct uniforms because its not their fault – the driver doesn’t touch the uniforms nor checks the color, size, etc. It’s not his job. F) Certified letter – keep good copies and records- I sent two certified letters to main office of Aramark in Kentucky- both were signed by the same person but the last name was different. I called 1800 Aramark – they have explained to me they have not received any certified letters from my company. I had to send copies and proof of service. Again – don’t get excited they still don’t care. G) Now for the topping on the cake – my company has been receiving filthy clothes full of MOLD! The “CLEAN” clothes is dropped off by driver on Tuesdays – he doesn’t touch it nor check it. The clothes has mold/grease/stains all over it. I’ve sent several pics to 1800 Aramark and that weeks’ “MANAGER” – but they don’t care. As a result employees wash their own clothes in fear of catching some type of disease from the clothes Aramark returned as “CLEAN” clothing.
The company is a SCAM. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ARAMARK. Horrible experience- NEVER AGAIN.

Worst uniform company, I never seen such bad service. It makes me think that the pay sucks and thats the reason why they act this..

Worst company I ever encountered in whole US and in Europe too. Overpriced, low quality services. Contracts are impossible to cancel. There are ridiculously high cancellation fess. They are charging for services they never delivered. The can rise price without prior notice. They act like mafia… Be very careful with this company. Their contracts are not ethical.

They do excellent work for very good price… Do business with these people and you wont regret it
