I bought a pair of, at the time, one of a kind earings. The earings were just made by Mark and not even on display at the time. They were GORGEOUS! Fast forward 2 years and one owner faux pas later, I emailed Mark and he replied as soon as business opened. He guided me thru getting a replacement pair and how to care for my new set. The sincere kindness and customer service displayed moved me to buy 2 pair. (I hope I can part with the 2nd pair as they were bought as a gift!) I took my necklace to mark after my son broke the chain. instead of putting it back on a chain, mark turned the pendant into a BEAUTIFUL ring for! My whole experience was wonderful! mark was on time, persistent, kind and values his hard work! I am 110% bringing all my jewlery there!

Had a family engagement ring added to. Mark had wonderful ideas to keep from changing the overall design. He added diamonds and recoated the white gold. He was informative, professional, and fast.
