I had an issue where we were repairing a porch roof, when suddenly a zoning official appeared & said we needed a permit & a plan drawn up by a structural engineer in order to move forward. Not wanting to hassle with City officials, I found Arpin & Sons & turned the project over to them. They came up with the plans, got everything through the builing department & completed the project in a profesional way. We were very satisfied with not only the quality of work, but also the personnel involved. The project was completed in a timely fashion & to our complete satisfaction with no problems whatsoever. I would highly recommend them & plan on calling them next week regarding another project that I’m considering.
