Artistic Way Tropical Garden Floral

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FLORIST!! Ordered a beautiful arrangement for my mom for Mother’s Day. The worst arrangement I have ever seen was delivered to her. It was nothing like what I ordered. I asked for the correct arrangement be taken to her – that was never done. I asked for a refund – that never happened either. I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau & these cowards wouldn’t even respond to the BBB. This was such a horrible experience. Please spend your money at another shop.

Very disappointed and plan on doing a chargeback. Decided to go with a local florist, and this florist came up top of the search. They were very close to my home so thought I’d give them a go. Day of delivery thought I’d call to ensure delivery. When I called, the call was forwarded with a message saying that the call could not be placed because it had been forwarded too many times. I got really nervous and worried that I’d been had. Went to the location and found there was no brick/mortar building. NO sign of a florist in site. In fact it was a closed dance studio. When I got to my destination, the flowers had been delivered however nothing like what was in the pictures and in fact looked like they had been purchased from the local grocery store and not an artistic floral arrangement as what was depicted in the pictures and definitely not for what I paid for them. I still am not able to reach them as the call is always forwarded to nowhere. I don’t believe this is a up and up vendor.

Chose this florist because of promised delivery for Mother’s Day and flowers were never delivered. Super disappointing and did not even receive a notice or apology after a few emails. Now waiting for a refund after the fact.

When the Flowers I ordered arrived my breath was taken away! They were absolutely gorgeous! I ordered them sight unseen and simply asked for an elegant arrangement that was special! I found out at the last minute it was my bosses birthday panicked! My elegant arrangement was indeed special and was hand delivered in less than an hour! I am thrilled with the extraordinary service by this florist!

This is the best flower shop in the city. They are all so kind and helpful and have the most unique array of flowers. I love to see what they have because it’s different every week.
