Wow!! So I knew about the IVs and that was just the icing on the cake. This is a place for wellness! There are so many personalized options that truly lend to wellness and well being! The clinic part is located in a very clean well maintained crossfit gym. The little oasis inside the gym is well thought out and very welcoming. Dr. Carlos is a truly compassionate doctor who truly cares about overall wellbeing versus treating a disease with one medication and then another to combat what that said medication could cause. I am very impressed with the results I have seen in others and how people are healthier, happier and full of energy! I am excited for own results as well! Hi, I started treatment with Doctor Carlos on October 2, only 7 weeks ago. Today is 11/21/20. I’m very happy to report that I lost 20lbs so far. The daily weight management medication that I was prescribed, along with a weekly Lipo-Mino injection, and a nightly peptide Troche, has been such a blessing for me. I have a long story of struggle with trying to lose weight by eating right and working out hard. I’m currently 57 yo., and have been eating what I consider really well and doing Crossfit for over 5 years now. I was able to go from my heaviest all time(272lbs) to 254lbs before joining Crossfit. After joining Crossfit and until starting with Aspire, I was able to get to 240lbs, where I seemed to be stuck for about 3 years. 3 years of trying hard. Whenever I would get below 240, it seemed that my hunger craving would not cease until I ate enough to not lose any more weight. I plan to do 4 more weeks of the weight loss medication and continue with the peptides at night. In this short period of time, I have maintained all my strength during workouts. I am moving and breathing more easily, and my body is recovering much faster than before. My eating habits are even cleaner because I have the energy to do the work that it takes to prepare good meals. I can’t thank the team at Aspire Wellness as well as Crossfit Out of the Box, enough. You guys are a great staff of good people.
