I am very disappointed at the way how this company ATECH performs alarm check: the alarm sound goes on and off every 5 minutes from 9 am to 5 pm. Inside the garage, the sound is UNBEARABLE. Inside our unit, the sound is very startling and disturbing. It is very LOUD. I understand the safety goes first, and I appreciate our management is scheduling routinely alarm checks. But the way how this is executed is very unprofessional. It should not go for so long and so loud and so frequently. My kids ears hurt and I am scheduling the pediatrician appointment as I am writing this review. When I called ATECH with my concern, I was told by Zack Masi, the service manager, to go outside ( which we can not unfortunately) and that this is the Fire Department protocol that they follow. I called Aventura Fire Department and spoke with Firefighter Menendez who told me he would transfer me to a fire prevention and disconnected me. I can not get a hold of anyone. I lived in other buildings before and I never experienced something like that. The whole check up can take no more than 1 hour – but instead it is a TWO DAY TORTURE. If this testing takes so long, it is really OUTDATED and I would not trust it.

We know that Atech is an extremely reliable installation company and they take the time to make sure their entire team is knowledgeable on our system before sending technicians out to the field,
If you need any type of security installation in your building Atech should absolutely be who you should call

Atech is extremely professional and knowledgeable on the systems they install,
I absolutely recommend them to anyone needing to put in any type of security or fire system in their building

I am the president of a homeowners association in Deerfield beach. I felt because of present day circumstances, corona, unemployment etc. we should have security cameras. Two weeks later job completed without any aggravation ( a priority when I do business with vendors) Very happy

Its been about 4 years since I started service with Atech.  I cannot say enough about the professionalism and customer service for the crew at Atech.  Joe, and Michael are very knowledgeable and have always been very helpful.  From the initial purchase, to the install, to the programming, everything was orchestrated perfectly.  I was using another company for my primary home but was so impressed with the service at Atech, I actually have chosen to pay a bit more and moved all services over to Atech.  Great service and attention to detail.  What more can you ask for?  5 stars, without reservation.
