Consumers beware! This shop is taking your money to replace parts that are covered under Mercedes-Benz extended warranty/recall status’. They will charge you over $1000 for a SBC BRAKE UNIT THAT IS REPLACED AT NO COST BY MERCEDES BENZ DEALERSHIPS.

If you own a German car, this is the only place to have it serviced. Auto Critic specializes exclusively Mercedes, BMW and all the great cars from Germany.
It’s a small boutique-like facility, not a big factory. And Mike, the owner and expert mechanic oversees every job, so you know it’s going to turn out great.

I just purchased a car with Mike at Auto Critic and felt compelled to write. I would highly recommend Auto Critic. Mike was courteous in the sale process and other family members joined in the process. They were all very helpful. You can tell a lot about a place by the cleanliness and this place is top notch.
