The work was more extensive than initially thought, but this team worked through the night to get my vehicle back on the road. Just wow! Jay and the front desk ladies Kim & Hope are all amazing. My car came in via tow, just died on me Wednesday, and within 2 days Jay and his team had my Mercedes up and running again. Jay is a professional with a heart. Hit a snag and was willing to work with me but was able to get everything taken care of. My car is in great shape now, and I owe it all to Jay! Kudos to the front desk ladies as they assisted me with getting my payment done virtually and didn’t have to come into the shop to handle it. Will definitely use you guys again. Thank you all!
