Employees (Raphael & Jocelyn) were very helpful & followed pandemic safety precautions. Raphael found exactly the type of replacement windshield wipers and even installed them on my car! What exceptional service! Kindness goes a long way.

I came in to purchase several items and one was clearly in the space along with other similar items. The one I picked up to purchase was $12.99.
The clerk’s went over when I asked to have them look at the price. The simply moved a couple of bottles around on the shelf and said Nope, it’s $29.99.
So my $62.89 purchase is a loss to Auto Zone because I simply walked out.
Auto Zone ought to make sure that their employees can read, stock shelves properly and work on your customer service skills.

It was 6:00 PM on Friday night and my car’s wiper simply flew away from it. I went to Auto Zone and George not only help me to get another wiper, but he installed it for me. Excellent service!!! Thank you George, may the universe return all the good that you are doing on a daily basis!
