Banfield Pet Hospital

We brought our dog to this location after using Sawgrass for years. Friendly staff however our dog came home infested with fleas to the point they got on me and bit me. He’s never had one flea until visiting this location. We did drop off which apparently was a mistake. We called to check on him and he was examined by the techs but waiting for the doctor to get out of surgery for his exam to be completed. He was put into a dirty flea infested kennel/holding pen. Very disappointed considering covid, you’d think it would be cleaner.

Great staff, hospital located at Petsmart. Also hospital offers medical advice 24/7 via chat. Super healthful

HORRIBLE..DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME! They don’t listen to you about your pets..they feel like they know your pet better than you do..and still want you to pay ridiculous prices with no real info or help. Waste of time and money.. FIND A ANIMAL HOSPITAL OR VET SEPARATE FROM A CHAIN. RIP OFF. Front desk is cool though…love them!💙
