They have really bad customer service. We were very interested to rent an apartment and they didn’t gave any support. Don’t go there

This staff is truly the best of the best. Justin and Diane has helped me along the way. Diane is extremely professional, kind, understanding and just outstanding. I can officially call Banyan Bay my home this week for me and my son. I move in on Tuesday and look forward to being her for a few years to come. I can’t express my gratitude for the staff and the assurance provided that they would always follow up with me throughout the application and approval process. I can not thank my Banyan Bay family enough for allowing me to now call this place home. The area seems safe, the property is clean, I was able to see a model of the apartment type I’ll be staying in and the location is right near the turn pike for easy commute . I’m excited and very happy. Thank you

I’ve been living here for approximately a year now, and I couldn’t be happier. The leasing team is absolutely wonderful. Justin and Diane are an absolute pleasure to work with. Monique, the assistant property manager is absolutely phenomenal. She works with you to ensure you are able to receive the results you want. I even had an issue where I had to work with the Property Manager Vicky Anido, and even that was a pleasant experience for the not so pleasant issue I was having. The maintenance team is professional and they come in a timely manner. I definitely plan to remain here until I am ready to purchase a home.

We’ve resided here for about 6 years now and have had an overall great experience. Vicky, Monique, and Diane are truly wonderful, patient, and understanding representatives who really want to make sure their clients have a great, if not, the best experience here at Banyan Bay. Especially during an unprecedented time like today, Monique was outstanding to work with. She always communicated with us via email and phone calls. She never forgot about us and made sure everything would run smoothly on both ends- and it did! They truly really work with you! These three have always taken the time to listen to us, find a solution, and most importantly be transparent enough to walk us through the process when possible. We are truly grateful for that. We also want to add that the maintenance crew is outstanding. There’s been minor mishaps here and there, yet, they always manage to provide speedy and quick turn around time to make sure everything is okay in the apartments. There’s been instances where we’ve had emergencies that unfortunately have occurred after their office hours. However, anytime that we’ve put in an order they manage to give us a call and state that they would be there- even though it was already after hours and pretty late at night. They really did keep their word and would resolve the issue right away. And if they were unable to fix the situation at the moment, they would find a temporary solution in the meantime until they were able to come back the next morning to fix it immediately as top priority. It can’t get any better than that!
