Bath Crest of South Florida

Actually zero star.
1.Waited over 3month or 4?!
Nobody responded.
2.Totally different color with book.!!
3.Shower booth’s floor is not even that’s why always stocked water one side coner
4.water through a crack in the glass door.
5.I slipped on the shower booth’ floor.
Etc…..

I was told when I purchased and had my bathroom installed that all the permits were pulled. I just received a bill for $10500 from dade county because they weren’t and I am in violation.
I tried to call them (the website says they’re open until 830). Their mailbox is full and nobody is picking up the phone at 5 pm.

They promised to remove the tub and install a walk-in shower in two days. It took 6 days because they only worked 4 hours a day. Sloppy job.

Four years later it began leaking into the apartment below and the public corridor. Nothing was done properly. Now it’s had to be removed and the entire shower pan and plumbing is being replaced.

Their representative was very rude at the time.

The team went ABOVE AND BEYOND in working with City of Pembroke pines on obtaining permits and the installation team were very easy to work with and maintained a level of professionalism that in South Florida is rare.
